As a memento of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS), American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC), and The Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME), Capt. Joseph Barlía has been surveying marine vessels and yachts, as well as performing damage investigations and consultancy services for Boat Owners, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Yacht Dealers and government agencies.

Capt. Joseph Barlía has been offering motor-yacht delivery services, a service that has been recognized for its reliability and efficiency. Over 100,000 nautical miles have been traveled throughout the US East Coast, US & British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Turk and Caicos, Dominican Republic, Leeward Islands, Windward Islands and the North Coast of Venezuela with no accidents or losses.

Capt. Joseph Barlía
has diligently served the yachting community for more than 35 years and has conducted several surveys in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, US and British Virgin Islands, United States and worldwide.

He offers his extensive experience in the marine industry, his comprenhensive knowledge of all kinds of vessels and continues to further his education with on-going advanced studies of new marine products, system, building materials, and construction methods.
